They tried very hard to get him to become a Brother, but he joined the Jesuits instead. I had completely lost track of him. The last I heard, he was the owner of a rent-to-own appliance store in Philadelphia. His classmate and very good friend was Don Richard Riso, who has gone on to make quite a career an an enneagram expert. Riso became a Jesuit, too, but he also left before ordination.
